Farming and Storage Business Plan

1.0 Executive Summary
The purpose of this business plan is to raise and examine the business  of crop growing and storage as well as use of Royalcoin as cryptocurrency in exchange for goods and  services in Nigeria. Royalcoin (“the Company”) will be actively engaged in the growing and storage  of  grains (both long term and short term strategies). Revenue generating operations will commence in 2021.
1.1 Operations
As stated above, the principal revenue stream will come from farming for capital appreciation purposes. The business will also use trading strategies that provide short-term yet consistent profits on a month-to-month basis. Regarding the pricing of royalcoin, the founders sees a substantial opportunity to generate ongoing profits by examining the market and making appropriate investments on both a short-term and long-term basis.
On a secondary basis, the Company will be actively engaged in the farming (crop and livestock), real estate and means of exchange for goods and services will be Royalcoin. The Company will be able to generate ongoing profits by providing the services mentioned above.
1.2 Financing
At this time, the founders is seeking investors capital in order to commence revenue-generating operations. The funds will be used for the following:
Capital for treating it coin and related digital currencies
Acquisition of  farmland
Buying and storing of grains
General working capital
1.3 The Future
As time progresses, the Company will make continued and sustained investments into the businesses operating infrastructure. Given that the business will operate within exchanges of digital currencies, there is no need to create a marketing campaign and less the business decides to accept funding from third-party investors that want to use the company for digital currency trading.
2.0 Operations
Crop Production
This will be achieved by planting varieties of crop like beans, soya beans, guinea corn etc. This will be done in the following order:

• Land Preparation
• Seed propagation
• Weeding
• Fertilizer application
• Pest/Disease control
• Harvesting
• Marketing/storage

SWOT Analysis

• Strength

Our strength as a farmer is the fact that we have healthy relationships with loads of major players (agriculture merchants) in the commercial farms industry; both suppliers and buyers within and outside Nigeria.
We have very vast land that will help us cultivate crops in commercial quantities with less stress. Aside from our relationship (network) and equipment, we can confidently boast that we have some the most experienced hands in our payroll.

• Weakness:

Our weakness could be that we decided to diversify our farming activities, this could count against us initially. We are aware of this and from our projection is that we will overcome this weakness with time and turn it to a major advantage for the business.

• Opportunities:

The opportunities that are available to us cannot be quantified; we know that there are loads of individuals who consume organic and non – organic grains in different forms both in Nigeria and other parts of the world. We will ensure that we maximize the opportunities available to commercial farmers.

• Threat

Grains farmers in the farming industry primarily grow one or more varieties of grains where no single crop accounts for more than half of the total value of production of the farm.
Unpredictable weather patterns may cause volatility, which may affects profit growth.
Some of the threats and challenges that we are likely going to face when we start our own grains farm are global economic downturn that can impact negatively on household spending, bad weather cum natural disasters (draughts, epidemics) – unpredictable weather patterns will continue to dampen demand growth, unfavorable government policies, and the arrival of a competitor (a commercial farm that cultivates same crops) within same location.
So also, decreasing per capita grains consumption will hinder market growth. Not forgetting the treat of insurgency, Farmers and Headers clashes as well as banditry. We are faced with series of treat on the field but we know that we will overcome it. There is hardly anything we can do as regards these threats and challenges other than to be optimistic that things will continue to work for good.
4.0 Marketing Plan
Over and above, we have perfected our sale and marketing strategies first by networking with agriculture merchants and companies that rely on our produce as their major raw materials. 
We are quite aware that the reason why some farmers hardly make good profits is their inability to sell off their produce as at when due. In view of that, we decided to set up a standard produce storage to help us maximize profits.
This would require a substantial marketing campaign that specifically targets qualified and accredited investors that are able to properly place funds with the Company for this purpose. In this event, Royalcoin will hire a qualified advertising firm as well as a law firm to properly develop advertisements that can be shown to prospective investors.

Sales Forecast

We conducted a thorough market survey and feasibility studies and we were able to discover that the sales generated by a commercial farm depends on the size of the farm and the nature of the commercial farm.
We have perfected our sales and marketing strategies and we are quite optimistic that we will meet or even surpass our set sales target of generating enough income/profits from the first year of operation and build the business from survival to sustainability.
We have been able to critically examine the agriculture industry in our line of business we have analyzed our chances in the industry and we have been able to come up with the following sales forecast.

• Third Fiscal Year-:  RC650,000,000

N.B: This projection was done based on what is obtainable in the industry and with the assumption that there won’t be any major economic meltdown that can impact negatively on household spending, bad weather natural disasters (draughts, epidemics), and unfavorable government policies. Please note that the above projection might be lower and at the same time it might be higher.
